Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Blueprint Analyst, why, who we share it with, and what control you have. Section 3 covers how your uploaded blueprints are handled — that is the part most people want to read first.

1.Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what Endeavor Co, LLC ("Blueprint Analyst," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you use aiblueprintanalyst.com and the Blueprint Analyst service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

It covers the website, the signed-in application, and the emails we send you. It does not cover third-party websites you reach through links on our site, including the tools we recommend, which have their own policies.

2.What We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • ·Account details — your name, email address, and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
  • ·Business details you choose to add — company name and company logo, used to brand your exported reports.
  • ·Project information — project names, building type, square footage, finish level, and the ZIP code you enter so that costs can be adjusted for your location.
  • ·Documents you upload — construction drawings, blueprints, and related PDFs.
  • ·Messages you send us — anything you write in the contact form or in feedback, along with the name and email you supply.

Information collected automatically when you use the Service:

  • ·Usage data — pages viewed, features used, reports generated, downloads taken, and events such as sign-up, login, completing the interactive demo, generating a contract, and submitting the contact form.
  • ·Device and connection data — browser type, operating system, approximate location inferred from IP address, and the IP address itself.
  • ·Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies and Analytics section below.

Information we receive from others:

  • ·Billing status from Stripe — your subscription plan, whether payment succeeded, and a Stripe customer reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • ·Basic profile information from Google if you choose to sign in with Google — your name and email address.

3.Your Blueprints and Project Documents

Uploaded drawings are the most sensitive thing you give us. They are stored in a private, per-user location that only your account can read, and they are not published, sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Documents you upload are stored in Google Firebase Storage under a path scoped to your user account, and access rules restrict reads and writes to that account. They are encrypted in transit and at rest by the storage provider.

To produce a takeoff or estimate, the contents of your drawings are sent to the automated analysis providers listed below, which process them on our behalf under contract and return a result. They are not permitted to use your documents for their own purposes.

We may view a document ourselves only where it is necessary to provide the Service — for example, to investigate a support request you raise or a processing failure on your project.

4.Why We Use It

We use the information described above to:

  • ·Provide the Service — analyze your drawings, generate takeoffs, estimates, reports, bid packages, and contract drafts, and deliver them to you
  • ·Apply location-based pricing using the ZIP code you supply
  • ·Create and secure your account, and authenticate you
  • ·Process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply plan limits, usage allowances, and any add-ons you purchase
  • ·Send service emails — account confirmation, trial reminders, and occasional product announcements
  • ·Respond to support requests and feedback
  • ·Understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it
  • ·Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
  • ·Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents
  • ·Meet legal and tax obligations

5.Automated Processing and AI Training

We do not use your uploaded drawings or project documents to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not provide them to any third party for that purpose.

Producing an estimate involves sending the contents of your drawings to third-party AI providers who act as our processors. They are bound by contract to process the material only to deliver the result back to us.

We may produce aggregated, de-identified statistics from use of the Service — for example, how cost per square foot varies by region, or how often a category of material appears across projects. These describe patterns across many projects, do not identify you, your clients, or any individual project, and cannot reasonably be used to reconstruct your documents. We may use and publish those statistics.

6.Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your documents or project data with anyone for their own marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate the Service:

  • ·Google (Firebase) — authentication, database, and file storage for your account, projects, and uploaded documents
  • ·Anthropic and OpenRouter — automated analysis of drawing contents to produce takeoffs and estimates
  • ·Google (Gemini) — automated reading and interpretation of uploaded drawings
  • ·Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • ·Resend — transactional and announcement emails
  • ·Netlify — website and application hosting
  • ·Google Analytics and Google Ads — usage measurement and advertising performance
  • ·Google Fonts — web fonts, which are requested from Google servers and therefore expose your IP address to Google when a page loads

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, where necessary to enforce our Terms or protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we would give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

7.Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure usage, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which advertising leads to sign-ups. These set cookies and share limited data with Google, which may use it to associate your activity with your Google account and across other sites it works with.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies that keep you signed in will prevent parts of the Service from working.

8.How Long We Keep It

We keep your account information and projects for as long as your account is open, so that your past reports remain available to you.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Doing so immediately removes your account record, your projects and generated reports, and the blueprints and logos you have uploaded, and cancels any active subscription. You can also email support@aiblueprintanalyst.com to request deletion, in which case we remove the same data from active systems within 90 days.

Copies may remain in routine backups for a further period and are overwritten on our normal backup cycle. We also keep records we are required to retain by law, such as billing and tax records, and we may keep aggregated de-identified statistics that no longer identify you.

9.Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored by providers that encrypt data at rest. Access to your projects and documents is restricted by per-user security rules, and privileged operations such as applying plan entitlements are performed on the server rather than in your browser, so they cannot be altered from the client.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

10.Your Choices and Rights

Whatever your location, you can:

  • ·View and update your name, company name, and company logo in your account settings
  • ·Export your reports before deleting anything
  • ·Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ·Request correction of information that is inaccurate
  • ·Request deletion of your account and documents by emailing support@aiblueprintanalyst.com
  • ·Unsubscribe from product announcement emails using the link in those emails. Essential service emails, such as billing notices, will still be sent while your account is open.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the rights to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can prevent it by blocking these cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out add-on, and we will honor a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as an opt-out request.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@aiblueprintanalyst.com from the address on your account, or tell us how we can verify that the account is yours. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

11.Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Where Your Data Is Processed

We operate from the United States and our providers process data on servers located in the United States and, in some cases, elsewhere. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-product notice before it takes effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated policy.

14.Contact

Questions about privacy, or requests relating to your information, can be sent to support@aiblueprintanalyst.com, or by mail to Endeavor Co, LLC, Redding, California.
